It started with one decision to live healthier.
Our founder, Eka Novitri — a food technologist with 10+ years in the herbal industry — started Bale Sehat in 2008 after her own recovery journey. From honey and coconut sugar, we now craft select West Sumatra cacao together with local farmers.
